Q. When and where do I pay for my lodging and golf?
A. We do require a 25% deposit at time of booking to secure the reservation in full (secured within the limits of our availability at time of booking). Final balance is due in full 30 days prior to arrival. Reservations for golf and hotel are taken care and confirmed of by GolfLasVegasNevada.com staff. You can easily Make A Payment securely online 24 hours a day, with your reservation or vacation quote number (e.x. # 1012654).
*** You will receive a confirmation email once your reservations have been booked in full. Final check in documents and check-in confirmation numbers are sent via email upon receipt of final payment.
Q. Do I call the golf course or hotel if I need to change my schedule or cancel my reservations?
A. No, please call GolfLasVegasNevada.com at 702.430.6334 and our staff will handle any required changes or cancellations to your reservation.
Q. What is the cancellation policy for tee-times and lodging?
Whenever possible, we reschedule trips and apply all funds toward future reservations, within the parameters of our standard cancellation policies. In most cases, rescheduled trips do not incur any cancellation fees. (Rescheduled trips may not be the same cost and are subject to change)
Cancellation Policy: Must confirm cancellation with staff within 72 hours of arrival. (No cancellations or refunds within 72 hours of scheduled arrival)
Cancellation Fees: $4.00 per time + 12% of total package or per person total.
*Condos & Homes – May require a 30 day cancellation policy. If some condos or homes cancelled inside 30 days a $250 cancellation fee applies.
Groups of 12 players or more may be non-refundable within 30 days of arrival, any cancellations prior to 30 days are subject to a 4.00 per tee time + 12% of total package or per person total cancellation fee.

Q. What does my package include?
Hotel/Lodging accommodations, cleaning fees, confirmed tee times, 18-hole green fee and cart fee, golf and hotel taxes and the base daily rental rate for rental cars (if selected).
*Some hotels may charge resort fees upon check in not included in package price. (See hotel details where applicable)
*Rental Cars – Base rate only included. (Taxes, Airport Fees, Licensing Fees, Concession Fees Due at Time of Return)
*Some courses do not include range balls in their green fees, and may not be included in your package price.
Q. Can I change my itinerary during my vacation?
A. Yes, but any changes to itineraries once travel has commenced are subject to cancellation policies and cancellation fees. Customer is responsible for all subsequent charges at golf course and hotel within the 72 hour cancellation window if changes are made.
Q. Can GolfLasVegasNevada.com book my vacation using afternoon twilight rates? Can I book 36 holes in a day?
A. Yes, we take advantage of twilight and re-play rates, and unlimited golf deals when desired or needed. However, tee times booked in twilight times are NOT guaranteed to complete all 18 holes, no refunds or adjustments will be given for twilight times or replays not completed.
Q. Can I rent clubs at the golf course?
A. Yes, most courses have rental clubs available for $40.00 -$50.00 a day and can be reserved in advance, ask us for details.
Q. My partner does not golf, can he/she ride with me in the cart?
A. Yes, depending on the course, there may be a cart fee for the rider paid directly to the golf course, not included in package price.
Q. What happens if I cannot play golf because it is raining?
A. If the course is closed due to a “rain-out” or other severe weather, it is at the course management sole discretion if they issue rain checks, or advise of any refund or adjustments. If a refund is needed due to course closure we will issue a refund after the course management has informed our staff of the adjustment. Refunds may take up to 10 business days to post back to your account.
Q. What forms of payment does GolfLasVegasNevada.com accept?
A. Payments can be made by MasterCard, Visa and American Express. If you need to Make A Payment you can easily pay securely online, with your reservation or vacation quote number. Payments will appear on your credit card statement as Intermountain Golf Travel, LLC.
Q. Can I stay extra days at a destination once I have arrived?
A. Depending on availability, you can make additions to your schedule by calling our staff at 702.430.6334.
Q. Can I upgrade my room type/view once I arrive at my destination?

Q. What do I need to check-in to the hotel and golf courses as proof of payment?
A. Upon receipt of final payment, you will receive your check in documents via email. If you have made your final payment and do not have your check in documents, please call our staff and have them email them to you.
Most of our reservations happen electronically, and most courses don’t use paper vouchers. However, we do recommend you print out your check in documents and bring them with you just so if there are any questions you have your documents, also keep a copy of the check in document email on your phone so you can show proof of payment if needed.
Q. Is there a dress code or is specific golf attire required at the courses?
In general, resort wear/golf attire is expected. Golf shoes (spikeless) and collared shirts are required at all times for men. Shorts or skirts are acceptable, but no cut offs, denim or swimwear. Do not wear blue jeans, cut-offs, tank tops, or sneakers.
